- Please pay the cash in exchange for the item when it arrives. (Credit cards etc. are not accepted.)

About shipping and shipping fee
You can specify the following shipping methods. Please note that the shipping fee varies depending on the shipping method.
- Yamato Transport¥500 all over Japan (inc.Tax)
* If the product size is small, we will post it by Nekoposu.
* Cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged separately if choosing cash on delivery.●Free shipping nationwide for purchases of 10,000 yen (inc. TAX) or more.
- Overseas shipping
- We do not accept overseas shipments.
- After confirming order
- Usually delivered within 14 days.
However, it may take days when order is concentrated. - Pre-ordered/Sold-out item
- We will send it out as soon as it is ready.
- Cautionary Notes
- Depending on the weather and traffic conditions, the arrival date may vary.
Cancellation / application expiration date
If you do not make a payment within 7 days after placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and will automatically cancel your order.
If you would like to cancel your order after completing your order, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order.
